TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This promotional offer is available to both new* and existing* residential customers. It is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
2. The promotion is effective from Monday, March 2, 2026, to Saturday, March 28, 2026, inclusive. 
3. New customers will receive the GIG Internet package at a promotional rate of $69.95 CAD per month and the GIG Complete package at $109.95 CAD per month for a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months. Free Managed Wi-Fi is included for 12 months.
4. Upon expiry of the twelve (12) month promotional period, the applicable standard retail rate for the GIG Internet package will apply. Managed Wi-Fi will increase to $9.95 after the 12-month term.
5. Customers subscribing to the GIG Internet service will receive one Quadro Managed Wi-Fi and router device at no charge ($0/month) for the duration of the promotional period, representing a value of $9.95 CAD per month.
6. The promotional rate does not include charges for additional equipment, optional features, or any other services or charges outside the scope of the promotion, for which standard rates will apply.
7. The advertised connection speed is based on optimal conditions and may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, connection type, customer equipment age, building wiring and materials, distance from the modem, and the number of connected devices.
8. Upgrades or installations requiring a technician visit are subject to an assessment by a Quadro customer service representative to determine if an in-person appointment is necessary.
9. Customers must maintain an active subscription for the full promotional period (twelve (12) months) to qualify for the discounted rates. Early cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the promotional pricing and application of standard rates.
10. Any early termination or cancellation of services prior to the end of the promotional period will result in the immediate loss of all promotional rates, and subsequent charges will revert to the regular retail prices for the remaining services.
11. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, and fees, which will be added to the invoice.
12. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Quadro offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly specified.
13. Limit of one (1) Quadro 1 GIG Internet package and one (1) Managed Wi-Fi and router per household per agreement.
14. All services are subject to Quadro’s standard Terms of Service, which can be reviewed on the company’s website.
15. Quadro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.

*New customer must be without Quadro services for a minimum of 6 months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Existing customers can take advantage of this offer by referring new customers.

Receive a $50 bill credit for each referral (up to a maximum of $500). Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

This promotion is open to new customers who have never had Quadro services before.

The new customer must provide the full name of the referring customer when first contacting Quadro.

NOTE:

• Residents of long-term care facilities are not eligible.
• The promotion does not apply to adding services or upgrading existing packages.
• Existing customer accounts must be in good standing.
• Quadro employees are not eligible for this promotion.
