DOUBLE Refer a Friend Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Receive a $100 bill credit for each successful* referral (up to a maximum of $500 per year).
2. The promotion is effective from Monday, February 9th, 2026, to Saturday February 21st, 2026, inclusive.
3. Existing customers can take advantage of this offer by referring new customers.
4. Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
5. This promotion is open to customers who have been disconnected for at least one full bill cycle.
6. The new customer must provide the full name of the referring customer when first contacting Quadro.
7. This promotion is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
8. Any early termination or cancellation of services prior to the end of the billing period will result in the immediate loss of all promotional rates.
9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Quadro offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly specified.
10. All services are subject to Quadro’s standard Terms of Service, which can be reviewed on the company’s website.

NOTE:

• Residents of long-term care facilities are not eligible.
• The promotion does not apply to adding services or upgrading existing packages.
• Existing customer accounts must be in good standing.
• Quadro employees are not eligible for this promotion.

*To have a successful referral the new customer must have an active order for new services.
