Not Shareholder Driven. We're People Driven.

A Co-operative is a different business model. Co-ops are democratic member-owned organizations that are responsible to their members, not external shareholders. While co-operatives provide value to their members, a co-op’s primary responsibility is to meet their members’ needs. Our members determine how the co-op will be run. As a customer, you’re offered a member share – one member, one vote. Power is shared equally among all members, rather than concentrated in the hands of a few. Members elect the Board of Directors and when necessary, vote on specific issues at the annual general meeting.

What Our Customers Are Saying

A few weeks ago I had a tech come to my house to fix my computer at my home in Lucan. Just to let you know he was a fine young man; personable; friendly; well-dressed and was very efficient, his name is Mike. Please let him know he is a great employee and a real asset to your growing company.

Co-operatives are a business model driven by People, Planet and Profit.

This means we can take our profits, and return them to you in the form of better products and service, so you always get the best from us. Quadro is a member of the Ontario Co-Operative Association (OCA) that supports, develops, educates and advocates for Ontario’s 1500+ Co-operative businesses.
