My service is not working, what should I do?

My Internet doesn't work, what can I do?

We would be happy to assist you at Quadro Support {519.229.8020}.

As a first step before you call, we encourage you to try disconnecting the power for 20 seconds and reconnecting the power from your router, and then restart your computer. If you are still having issues, please call or email our support team for assistance.

My email doesn't work.

Please verify your software settings with our user guides (below). If you continue to have problems, please contact support.

I have slow speeds.

Please verify your speeds are close to what you are paying for at a speed-test from MLAB below the text. If your speeds are drastically different that what you are paying for, please contact support, so that we may start an investigation.

How much bandwidth am I using?

All of Quadro’s High Speed Internet packages have unlimited data, so that you do not have to be concern about going over any data caps.

Where can I return my modem?

You can return your modem to any one of our conveniently located showrooms in Kirkton, Lucan, Mitchell or St. Marys.  Click this link to find the nearest location to you.  Note that our Lucan and St. Marys showrooms are open on Saturday’s from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for your convenience.

I have received a strange email or you've received a request for your email password - Here's what to do!

This is a spam or ‘phishing’ attempt and should be considered a cyber-security threat. Do not click on the message or provide your password to anyone.

Things you should be aware of:

  • Quadro will never ask you for your password.
  • Quadro’s network will redirect any ‘concerning’ links in an email to a spam alert page.
