Can I still use my existing phone numbers if I move my phone service to Quadro?

Yes you can. The process of moving your business lines to Quadro (called porting), takes five (5) days.

How long does it take to have a technician dispatched if one is needed for a repair?

During the business week and depending on the nature of the repair, a technician is usually dispatched within the same business day. On weekends, a technician is available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and is on call Sunday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

What is the turnaround time between approving a new phone system and the actual install?

Usually within two weeks. This gives Quadro time to order equipment, program the system and do any preparatory work at the customer premises that may be required. This all depends on the size and scope of the install.  Your Business Solutions Representative will go over the full and complete time frame with the installation team and provide that to you, as the process begins.
