Gosfield-Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Ladouceur as General Manager, following the successful amalgamation of Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc. and Gosfield North Communications Co-operative Ltd., effective January 1, 2026.

Chris brings more than two decades of leadership experience across telecommunications, sales, marketing, and customer experience, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering member-focused growth. He has served the organization in senior leadership roles since 2024, most recently as Interim General Manager & CEO and Director of Customer Experience, where he led sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives across Southwestern Ontario.

The appointment represents an important step forward for Gosfield-Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc., supporting a unified leadership structure as the organization focuses on strengthening local connectivity, enhancing service delivery, and continuing to invest in the communities it serves.

“This is an exciting and important moment for our co-operative,” said Remco Brinke, Chair of the Board. “Chris brings the leadership experience, strategic vision, and deep understanding of our industry needed to guide Gosfield-Quadro forward as we build on the strong foundation created through amalgamation.”

Reporting to Chris is Don Casemore, Outgoing General Manager (Transition Period), who will support the transition and integration process, ensuring continuity during the amalgamation period.

“This transition ensures continuity for our members while positioning us for long-term success,” said Don Casemore. “By coming together as Gosfield-Quadro, we’re able to preserve the local service our customers value while gaining the scale and resources needed to grow, innovate, and invest in our communities.”

As integration continues, members will receive regular updates via email, the organization’s websites, and other communication channels, all while continuing to enjoy the same friendly, reliable service without interruption.
