Want to give your business the gift of speed? Activate 1 GIG Business Internet and receive a $20/month bill credit for 6 months when upgrading to 1 GIG Business Internet.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This promotional offer is available to both new and existing residential and business customers. It is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
2. The promotion is effective December 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, inclusive.
3. Existing residential customers upgrading to a 1 GIG Internet package will receive a $25/month bill credit for six (6) months. Credits begin on the first full billing cycle after the upgrade.
4. New residential customers activating a 1 GIG Internet package will receive $15/month off for six (6) months. Credits begin on the first full billing cycle after activation.
5. Business customers activating 1 GIG Business Internet will receive a $20/month bill credit for six (6) months. Credits begin on the first full billing cycle after activation.
6. All residential customers on an active 1 GIG Internet plan (new or existing) will receive managed Wi-Fi and router equipment at no additional cost for the duration of their 1 GIG service.
7. This equipment inclusion does not apply to Business Internet, as managed equipment is already included with Business Internet packages.
8. Promotional pricing does not include charges for additional equipment, optional features, add-ons, installation costs, or other services unless explicitly stated.
9. All prices and promotional credits exclude applicable taxes, levies, and regulatory fees.
10. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Quadro offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly specified by Quadro.
11. Limit of one (1) promotional Internet offer per service address.
12. Customers who downgrade or disconnect their 1 GIG service before the credit period ends will forfeit any remaining promotional credits.
13. All services are subject to Quadro’s standard Terms of Service, which can be reviewed on the company’s website.
14. Quadro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
15. Business customers are eligible for this offer, subject to the terms outlined herein.

Refer a Friend Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Existing customers can take advantage of this offer by referring new customers.

Receive a $50 bill credit for each referral (up to a maximum of $500). Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

This promotion is open to new customers who have never had Quadro services before.

The new customer must provide the full name of the referring customer when first contacting Quadro.

NOTE:

• Residents of long-term care facilities are not eligible.
• The promotion does not apply to adding services or upgrading existing packages.
• Existing customer accounts must be in good standing.
• Quadro employees are not eligible for this promotion.
