At Quadro Communications, community isn’t just part of our mission... it’s the heart of who we are.
As a member-owned cooperative, we know our success comes from the trust, loyalty, and relationships we’ve built with you, our customers. This summer marks 30 years of supporting our communities, and we celebrated in true Quadro fashion; with events, support, and a whole lot of gratitude.
Customer Appreciation Days: Celebrating You
You are invited!! We couldn’t let our 30th anniversary pass without saying a huge thank-you to the people who made it all possible.
Our Customer Appreciation Days brought neighbors, friends, and families together for food, giveaways, and fun activities for all ages. More than a celebration, it was a way to show how much we value the community that has supported us for three decades.
Here for Mitchell... Through the Storm;
Neighbours Helping Neighbours
When a powerful storm hit Mitchell this August, our crews were out right away. Our crews were out restoring services and checking in on our neighbours.
We even delivered Tim Hortons coffee and Timbits to those affected, because we know that a warm drink and a friendly smile can make all the difference during a tough day.
That’s the advantage of having a local provider: we’re right here when you need us.
Stonetown Heritage Festival
In July, we joined the Stonetown Heritage Festival in downtown St. Marys with a special 30th Anniversary Customer Appreciation Day.
It was a day full of friendly faces, kids’ activities, and plenty of giveaways. It was the perfect way to connect with our community and be part of a much-loved local tradition. Many members came by for their free gifts and to say Hello to the Quadro Team!
Supporting Local Students – Quadro Scholarships
We believe in investing in the future of our communities. That’s why we’re proud to offer three $2,000 scholarships for students in our service area entering their second, third, or fourth year of college or university.
Whether they’re studying locally or farther afield, our goal is to help ease the financial burden and support their success.
Applications are open until August 31, 2025.
Why Community Matters to Us
Being a member-owned cooperative means our customers are also our owners. That changes everything — because every decision we make is with your best interests at heart.
From sponsoring events and offering scholarships to stepping in during emergencies, our mission is simple: to keep our communities connected — not just online, but in the ways that truly matter.
