Quadro Lockdown and Curbside Information.

Dear Customer,

We wanted to let you know what is happening for you and our employees at Quadro Communications. In light of the recent developments concerning COVID-19, until further notice, we have made the decision to support the lockdown practices by only allowing curbside pickups at our three retail locations.

Our customers can still expect reliable and stable connectivity of services to be able to contact us easily.

Customer Service Representatives – Curbside:

The CSRs will be working REGULAR OFFICE HOURS during the provincial shutdown.  Although the offices are closed, you can contact us by phone at 519.229.8933, option 2. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1 pm.

Repair Technicians:

Our Repair Technicians are available throughout the shutdown.  Regular hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Telephone support is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Installations:

We are only doing installations if the premise is vacated. To keep you and our technicians safe, all visits are being evaluated and we will not enter homes or businesses unless absolutely necessary. We will use alternative methods of installation and repair where possible.

If we do need to enter the premise, you will be asked a series of questions to ensure the safety of our staff and we ask that you stand outside during the installation.  We assure you that staff are screened EACH day before they begin work to assure YOUR safety.

Mobile Service Specialists:

Will continue to help you through new activations and device upgrades. Almost everything can be done by phone. CALL and set-up the device you want, the plan you need and COLLECT your device at an office, curbside.

Quadro TV:

TV channel providers continue to offer Free Channel Previews.  To see the current list, visit our Free Preview webpage.

Bill Payment:

There are many ways for you to view and pay your bills while the offices are closed. You can pay by credit card, online banking or set-up preauthorized payments. Contact our office to register to view your account and make payments in SmartHub.  In addition to the convenience (easily manage your Quadro account from your computer or device), you’ll receive a $1.00 credit each month if you opt-in for Paperless billing through SmartHub.

Quadro Office Staff:

Office staff are still working from home. All employees who are able to, work from home and have been doing so since March 2020.  We will continue to work hard to make sure you stay connected.
