Quadro Covid-19 Update

The health, safety, and well-being of our employees and all members of our community are Quadro’s top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public authorities at this important time.
Quadro Communications will continue to assist our members and customers by phone at 519.229.8933 Option 2, by email at email@example.com or via live chat on Quadro’s website. The customer service hours are the regular hours of Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.
At this time, Quadro is limiting our service technicians to emergency repairs only. We are working on a case by case basis to ensure customers who are looking for additional services can be assisted with no physical contact from our team. This may include, but not limited to, no contact porch pick ups/drop offs, vacant building installs etc.
We understand you’re relying on us to continue to serve you. Our committed team members are doing everything in our power to ensure all customers are served during this difficult time, while keeping the community and our employees safe.
