Why can I not receive bundle discount pricing off of my landline telephone service?

Bundle discounts are applied on having multiple qualified services. To continue with CRTC compliance there is one exception; Quadro is unable to discount multiple residential/business wired telephone lines where CRTC ruling applies. For illustration purposes if you have two phone lines and Internet you would receive a $5 discount for having 2 qualified services (Telephone + Internet)

How do I qualify for bundling?

We recommend you speak with a Customer Service Representitive to discuss your bundling options. A representitive would be happy to look at your account to determine what services qualify or if adjustments need to be made in order to recieve a discount on your monthly bill.  Also see full Bundles Terms & Conditions for details.

What if my services are already bundled from Mitchell Seaforth Cable TV?

Customers who came to us from Mitchell Seaforth Cable may already have bundled services.  These discounts are considered grandfathered plans and no longer available to new customers.   In order to bundle additional services with Quadro this will require “un-bundling” their current services and re-bundling under Quadro’s terms and conditions.  We recommend speaking with a Customer Service Representitive to discuss your best bundling options.
