Who do I call before I dig?
Call before you dig to avoid Repair Charges! All locate requests are managed through Ontario 1 Call 1-800-400-2255.
Planning to dig post holes for a fence or a new mail box, burning roadside grass, widening your laneway, repairing your septic system or adding an addition?
Quadro Communications provides cable locates FREE OF CHARGE to all customers and construction companies in order to avoid unpleasant customer outages and associated repair bills to the party causing the damage.
We ask that when you call Quadro directly at 519-229-6100 please choose the locate option to be transferred to ON1Call.
Note that ON1Call requires a minimum of 5 business days to process the locate request, emergencies will be escalated by ON1Call.
How Do I report Service Problems?
Call 519-229-6100 or 1-800-265-4983. Lines are answered and checked regularly during regular business hours. On non-business days, messages are checked until 1pm. Messages left after 1pm will be checked the following morning.
